So, you know, Kickstarter recently made some rule changes about how it manages sexually explicit campaigns on its site, and it was trying to address a discrepancy between the payment processor, Stripe, which Kickstarter people use, and their rules about sexually explicit materials, and Kickstarter's rules, which were a little more liberal.

They also have regulations about sexually explicit material, but, you know, the devil is in the details, so there was some space there, and sometimes people's Kickstarters were getting frozen by Stripe, and Kickstarter wasn't really able to help them out or unfreeze the funds or that sort of thing.
