Jennifer Carpenter

[laughs]

Well, and I mean, and that was Jennifer Carpenter as a lead.

And I mean, and you wanna talk about a time in horror, I mean, you know, that and Exorcism of Emily Rose plus, you know, her, her as, uh, her, her on Dexter as Deb.

It, yeah, it's funny 'cause yeah, I mean, Quarantine is, is one that I saw before Rec unfortunately.

Well, it was weird if you were following it back then.

You know, uh, Jennifer Carpenter and Michael C.

Hall were married, um, for a good few years.

Yeah, I heard that once I, you know-

I'm clearly a doctor, right? And finally, last but certainly not least, let's talk about the 2005 film The Exorcism of Emily Rose.

Now, Jennifer Carpenter, who played the titular Emily Rose, reported that the radio in her hotel room repeatedly turned on and off by itself in the middle of the night.

Creepy, yes.

Scary, borderline.

Wow.

Jennifer Carpenter killed that role.

It was really, really good.

I mean, it, that's a freaky movie-

I really do.

That's Deb Morgan.

There's creepier stuff.

Sure.

Well, we already know Dexter's story and how he became Dexter and all that, you know, but I didn't realize how in-depth they were going to get between the relationship of Harry and Dexter.

um played by Matthew Slayer and Patrick uh Gibson which is an amazing amazing combo by the way and then we have uh you know um a young Jennifer Carpenter um I forget the person who plays her but I will say that when I get to the internet movie database I'm just spewing off my words right now guys but I will say I was hesitant to really like this because I was like so scared and I'm not the biggest Christian Slater guy as everybody knows um the only thing I really liked him in was uh his role in Mr.

Robot, which I thought was very cool.

But other than that, For some reason, he never did it to me.

Very tough to play a Deborah Morgan, let me tell you.

And I think she really encaptures Deb in every single way.

She plays Jennifer Carpenter's character so well, I believe, as a young teenage girl in this movie.

in this series, to be honest with you.

I mean, Lundy still would have been alive.

it's crazy so then we see Dexter lying in a pool of his blood and he's dying and you know he says good job and Deb literally lets go and there goes Deb that's the last we see Jennifer Carpenter is Dexter's conscience so then we have Angela who says put your hands up and he's like he killed Logan Harrison literally rats out on his dad the minute he fucking sees Angela which is insane he goes I know she goes I know I know give me the gun And she ends up saying, you need to go now.

And he even saying like, can you tell Audrey I said goodbye? And she goes, no, I didn't see you.

So she's going to take the blame for murdering Dexter, not Harrison.

2005 classic.

Great performance by Jennifer Carpenter.

Uh, Laura Linney is in that film as well.

Hello.
