Jeff Wadlow

Let's talk The Devil's Mouth.

The Devil's Mouth is a 2026 survival horror thriller directed by Jeff Wadlow, the director behind movies like Truth or Dare, that was pretty good, Fantasy Island, and Imaginary.

The movie stars Katherine Newton as Sarah, Lana Condor as Max, Niko Haraga as James, Gavin Casalegno as Greg, Tommy Rose as Adrian, and Tame Taptim Tong as their guide, Watt.

It runs about an hour and 46 minutes, carries a PG-13 rating, and was released for streaming on Prime Video July 29th, 2026.

And they didn't just fake all this stuff against a green screen.

The cast trained for the water work, did diving preparation, and performed a lot of the physical action themselves.

Director Jeff Wadlow has said that roughly 85% of the movie has the characters in water.

Lana Condor has talked about doing 12 and 13-hour shooting days involving water.

Oh, my God.

I've seen a Jeff Wadlow movie.

I'll say it.

Mm.
