So I think like the pit also just, it has a really hard time like winning these categories in which it has multiple nominations.

Like it managed to win guest actor at Creative Arts for Ernest Hardin Jr. over Jeff Kober, but that's just two nominees.

But like with more than two, I think it gets harder for them.

And it still hasn't won writing or directing yet.

I always tell people that they ask what was my favorite scene to shoot, and I always say that scene just because I love Jeff Kober, that guy who played the Rack Demon so much.

He's so good.

And he had a way of just like everyone on set was either in love with him or afraid of him.

Every time that he is on screen, there is a presence to him that is like, oh, there's some real shit going down.

So Jeff Kober was... nominated for he's the first actor ever to be nominated for both a primetime emmy and a daytime emmy in the same year oh that's awesome because he was on the pit and he did not win for that so let's see who the daytime emmy winners are because it didn't even occur to me to look those up

So honestly, yeah, it's really hard to pinpoint where it's going to go.

What are we thinking?

Going with the Pitt guys at this one, I just think Jeff Kober, he brought so much to that role.

And I think I said in our FRC conversation that if you can go toe-to-toe with Noah Wiley and also call him on your shit across multiple episodes, you're probably going to get an Emmy for that.

So I'm going with Jeff Kober.

I do think there's some maybe an upset potential with someone like even Coleman Domingo for that last episode of Euphoria, even though it was universally hated across the entire season.

Best guest actor, Coleman Domingo, Euphoria, Ernest Harden Jr. in The Pit, Jeff Hiller, Pluribus, Jeff Cobre, The Pit, Jonathan Pryce, Slow Horses, and Bradley Whitford for The Diplomat.

I'm going with Jeff Kober.

I think the narrative of submitting yourself and getting that nomination will really help him.

Also, he's a, I think he's also a daytime Emmy nominee this year as well.

But I could see it.

I think if someone has been consistently good even when the show wasn't, it's Coleman Domingo.

um so I'm going between him and Jeff Kober also for the reason that you're saying the sort of self-submission that's become such a big thing in the press also with Brittany Allen who who we'll get to later um what should I do here um I'll go with Jeff also

People's navigating this in different ways, but I wonder if for some of the newer actors you do feel a sense of like, "All right.

Here's how you do this thing, and here's what this is gonna be like," especially 'cause so many of you guys are now part of awards this year, as last year there was recognition, but it's just, like, exploded this year.
