Jeff Glass

So good.

He worked with a goalie named Jeff Glass.

Jeff was 31 years old, a former world junior champion who had played on the same team as Sidney Crosby.

But at 31, he had never played a single game in the NHL.

Years later, he was drafted by the Oilers, took them to the Stanley Cup Finals, and then a month ago, unexpectedly got traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins, exactly as he wrote it at 16.

It's uncanny.

And the Jeff Glass story has this wild moment, too.

A week after writing his Calgary Flames paragraph, Jeff is standing at a gas station.

Water, breath.

And sometimes, you know, you can also, I don't know if you ever did this, Jeff Glass would wiggle his fingers or his toes, same thing, same deal as the water to get out of your head into your body or kind of feel like feel something in your body.

And yeah, just take that time to rest, relax.

That is truly your spa time.
