D- do you...

Does that cause, is that, uh, much of a challenge for you to find enough books to s- to auction?

There are ups and downs in the market such as it is, but no, it's a very different, it's a very different field, Jeff.

It's, uh, for one thing, um, the number of competitors that I have is, is very small.

I've immersed myself in the knowledge, and I've, you know, taken courses, and really, you know, I do consider myself a numismatist now.

But if I have a question, I can call Jeff Garrett, right? Like, that's something the ANA embraced, was we need someone who has this education background and that can bring this into that.

And I think the big topic we really discussed in my approach has really been about accessibility, because you have to make it accessible for a seven-year-old who's used to having everything on their screen all the time, every moment of every day, and an 87-year-old who is like, "Please don't make me remember a pa- another password," right? Like, I j-

Right

You, we did advanced grading.

We recorded your whole class, which we realized we didn't need that much video.

We love Jeff Garrett, but we don't need that much Jeff Garrett, right? Like, we need...

And so we've transitioned, and we've grown, and we've learned from that experience, and use the studio now, and, and things like that.

I'm trying to get the mint director there to cut the ribbon to the end of the show on the Thursday.

But also, Jeff Garrett and I are going to come to that show and sign copies of this Mega Red.

We skipped a year on Mega Red because it's so much work.

I don't know how you can do it.

Jeff Garrett and I are finally in the room together alone.

I don't think we've been alone in the room for a while.

Jeff, you keep bringing on incredible guests and one after the other.

And that's probably, I know that knowing you as well as I do, that's the worst thing you hate to see anyone do is to do an effort without a purpose and they did not have a purpose

and it showed in the sense that because of the amount of physical effort to achieve that was that most of the auction records even though the book i think was last published let's say in 2023 or 24 most of the auction records stopped in 2015 because of the mat you know we are a small company at the end of the day you know we have one major layout person doing the interior of the book.

And then you have an editor who, and then you have, you know, Jeff Garrett, who was overlooking the biggest picture and things like that.

And how, you know, how do you fit this into all the other projects and still change auction records? You Great.

So I had a super fun week last week.

I spent a few days in Washington, D.C. with Jeff Garrett and Paul Hollis, our latest newest mint director.

So we, we had the, uh, extreme pleasure to accompany Paul to the Smithsonian Museum to view the National Numismatic Collection, or the NNC.

And it was Paul's first visit since becoming mint director.

I don't know how these things e- exist.

So there's always something to learn when you go to the Smithsonian.

And thanks to the hard work of Jeff Garrett, who has been a very strong liaison from the numismatic community over to, um, the, the museum itself.

He, he's done a lot to get donors and private donors and things like that, and the museum exists on a lot on private donors.

My name

The two of us were recently in the Eternal City attending the 75th Annual Congress of the IAPN, which is the International Association of Professional Anonymous, which Our company, Whitman Brands, and Jeff's company, BitAmerican, are both members of.

It was live first Congress, if I think it was your second, and we're just here to chat about our experience and have our thoughts, and we wanted to share with all the YouTubers who may not know what the IPN is, what the U, and how it's relevant to the United States Bitcoin market.

Cash flow is good.

And I think what ANA is cool about that I think is less true with other shows is it's so much more of like an event space, too, where, you know, the 11, 19, 33 double eagles are getting shown and Jeff Garrett opened a hundred-plus-year-old bag of Be Your Morgan dollars.

There are just physical exhibits.
