So from your perspective, why do you think so many companies are still struggling to turn that investment into something that the wider business can actually use then?

I think it's a really good question.

And really, the answer is That AI is being used in two different ways.

One is, and for most people, it's a personal productivity tool like ChatGPT or Claude or Gemini that people can use as their own personal assistant and automate things.

They can build a PowerPoint deck.

They can build images for presentations, develop content, or even develop software more quickly.

So it allows you as a user to really do what you're doing, but just be 10 times more productive or a hundred times more productive or find things that you wouldn't have been able to find otherwise.

What would you say then usually separates a successful prototype from software that a company can actually depend on?
