We ask it to help us solve problems, give us recipes, brainstorm ideas, and give us step-by-step instructions when we're confused.

Human colleagues, yes.

Or our spouses.

Like, no offense here, but like I don't probably tell you and you don't tell me, that was such a good idea, Jeff.

Yeah.

I, I think every couple does develop kind of their own nuances of communication or just how they interact, and we get to see some of that in the couples we've been interviewing as, as they help educate us on healthy sexuality.

And today is part three of four in our series Let's Talk About Sex and Marriage, and I'm excited because today we got to interview Jeff and Shanti Feldhahn, who are, you know, well-known authors, they've written a number of books, but also really they have focused on a lot of research, talking to couples, and actually writing based on what they're hearing from couples.

And so today we talk to them about communicating my desires to my spouse, which can be a challenging area for couples.

Mm-hmm.

Right, and to even help with some of the assumptions that we might have about our, our spouse.
