So it's kind of funny, this recruiting battle.

So it shouldn't surprise many that Bryson Howard's making a name for himself so far.

And now the college team that they've assembled this week for workouts in Los Angeles, three Duke players got invited to be out there.

Right, JJ, what an honor to have three players participating.

Really cool.

And it's interesting, too, that Caleb Foster and John Blackwell are the only two seniors.

So that's cool that a little bit more seniority.

But I'm excited for the kind of the young guy, Kim Williams.

is such a talented player, and I feel that he's flying a little bit under the radar, JJ.

He's leading Harvard, and he's coming back to coach them in Cameron Indoor.

Absolutely, but we know that it's gonna be part of this really, like, revolutionary three-game package on Amazon Prime Video.

We know that, uh, Amazon has gotten more into sports, but not yet into college basketball, so it's really cool that Duke is gonna be kind of the, the first one on Amazon, and also so smart, so clever of Duke to create this because they're actually getting paid directly.

They can then use it as NIL money.

We've talked about Jon Scheyer's challenge of having to work so many players, talented players into the roster.

The guards are really the most interesting part.

Does he go a three-guard roster? Who starts at one? Does, does...

I kind of give the edge to Caleb just 'cause he, he started last year.

Obviously, the focus has been on Beckham Black in that guard spot, but Kaden Daughtry wants to make sure that we're giving him some love too with the way that he's been playing and shooting that basketball.

They're a bit more vocal on social media themselves than their sons have been so far.

And maybe another similarity, in addition to being kind of social media-verse for these guys, is just the way that their stock is really ascending.

When Conn Knipple committed to Duke, he was kind of out of nowhere, and he eventually became a big recruit.

But even then, he wasn't a McDonald's All-American, actually.

He was still ranked highly, but he kept just rising in the rankings Cager the same way that, you know, Duke was kind of following him, but the narrative was that maybe he wasn't – maybe it was going to be like Cooper Flagg's brother, you know, a guy you like but just not quite talented enough to follow his brother, Duke.

But he kept growing, literally and figuratively.

And now thinking about the other kind of ball movers and then more spacers potentially that can make up the rest of this 2027 class.
