Now, tell us about why you're running for township trustee.

So I feel like it started like a decade ago, right? Um, I, uh, way back when, uh, I heard about this thing called run for something, uh, which I believe kind of kicked off shortly after 2016 election, maybe 2016, 2018 timeframe.

Um, and that was kind of the first time that the thought like really popped in my head, you know? Um, you know as a kid you know people tell you kind of be whatever um but you know like i said once once i heard about that and you know started kind of hearing like you know some statistics they were talking about like so many uncontested races uh and you know really what does it take to actually like run for something that's when the idea kind of sparked but you know i was i was busy working in ups at the time.

And I feel like the first sane thought I think that should come to people's mind when it comes to running for office should be like, I'm not a politician.

That's not really a me kind of thing.

But then over time, things kind of kept progressing.

And then I feel like it kind of came to a head after the 2024 election.
