Jeff, I want to ask you, are there sort of non-negotiable intraoperative stability checks that you're doing in your cases before you feel comfortable closing?

Jeff BarryGUEST
Yeah, so I think number one, my number one stability check is actually just reproducing anatomy.

Jeff BarryGUEST
So if I'm happy with leg length, offset and component position, that's my number one check, so to speak.

Jeff BarryGUEST
In terms of positional checks, You know, I had one surgeon one time tell me that if you've done something, you know, for 200, 300 straight cases and never changed anything, you probably can think about if you need to keep doing it or not.

Jeff BarryGUEST
And so, you know, for my first probably five years of practice, you know, 1,000 plus hips, many more, I was doing stability testing on the HANA table.

Jeff BarryGUEST
And for me, that would be externally rotating to 90 degrees and then dropping the leg halfway to the ground.
12 MINS LATER

Joe SchwabHOST
And so talk to me a little bit about how you see offset and leg length optimization in the stability sort of workflow for your patients before you think about changing or escalating maybe your constructs.
