And so what I'm especially excited about today is that I don't just want to talk about how to get more matches.

I want to talk about what happens after the match, right? So we're going to cover things like how do we know when we're being discerning versus hypervigilant, right? What is chemistry, actually? And if everything looks good on paper, but there is no chemistry, do we continue dating the person, right? We're going to talk about...

funny enough, when I was actually like, like actually ready to get married, I was sitting in my apartment with a girlfriend and she was like, Ayelet, get over yourself.

So like back in the day, Match.com, JDate, Plenty of Fish, eHarmony, you know, these were like just coming on the scene.

And I went on a lot of dates, both from online and in real life.

And I had this like mission to meet my husband and create a family because I was like, that's what's going to make me happy.

But, you know, I definitely had the genes from my mom's side.

And my mom eventually danced on stage with Steve Van Zandt and Bruce Springsteen, introduced a concert for Steve Van Zandt, actually was hired to be for a print campaign for J-Date, the Jewish dating service.

And her campaign was playing a yenta, coding all night for her grandchildren to meet a nice Jewish girl or a nice Jewish boy, you know, Big, big, you know, billboards all over the New York metropolitan area as well as subway stops.

So my mom had this in her too.

In the 50s and 60s, it overturned segregationist laws enacted by state and local legislatures.

A month before their next court appearance, Donna sends Wendi a long email suggesting ways to needle her soon-to-be ex-husband.

Remember, this is the woman who helped her daughter find Dan on JDate eight years earlier.

Now Donna says she wants that same man to suffer.

Yeah, when Wendy was on JDate, Donna, you know, selected Dan and said, "This guy looks great," but then even as early as the wedding was kind of making those kind of power moves to show him who's in, in control, I guess, because control is such an important thing to her.

And, you know, something that is so personal and important to someone as their religion, which is, you know, so incredibly insensitive, and was something that everyone who we spoke to who went to the wedding picked up on, and something that every single person mentioned, that there was obviously, like, a bit of a furor about this happening.

It was, like, em- it was embarrassing.
