Now, here's a group of you guys.

Some of you are gonna like this, some of you may not, but I'm telling you, it's one of the biggest advantages I've seen having grown multiple companies and I, and I think having really exciting cultures through it.

The second teammate that matters most in our organization is our sp- families.

Like, have you ever n- no, like- We just look at families a little different in society.

When we see husbands and wives, when we see them with their kids, when we see this like, like loving culture, we tend to look at people uniquely.

Like when I'm, when I'm working with home service folks, we'll even use this on ads, all right? Like even goes over into marketing.

That's good.

Is that what you mean?

That's right.

That's right.

How do they receive it, right? And so we've all heard of the book, Five Love Languages.

Of course, you and I are in the appreciating world.

We were speaking at a conference in Little Rock, actually, and one of the team members, after we did the whole talk on appreciating, and if you listen to this podcast, hopefully you know a little bit about that already, but she raised her hand.

She's like, JC, oh my goodness.

Crap, how do I meet with 100 people?

Before you heard about the languages of appreciation in the workplace, how did you typically try to show appreciation to your team?

Well, I'm a believer.

And as a Christian and someone that follows Jesus, that's kind of been our leading principle since day one.

We love others and we treat them how we want to be treated.

And so for us, culture has always been a very simple act of like, all right, well, what are the needs of our people and how do we match those? And so there was a season where we had an office.

We had a lot of young mothers.

So we put a daycare in there.

What would you say to that?
