Hi, this is Juergen from Jazzanova and you're listening to The Basic Soul Show with Simon Harrison.

I feel like their discography is like just extremely extensive and kind of overwhelming to deal with sometimes, but one of my faves.

In the very beginning, I was kind of snobbing dance music because I always liked music with a lot of instruments and very jazzy.

So I always liked super jazzy house and new jazz, Jazzanova.

or like things that were like, they had some kind of bossa nova or jazz into them.

And then I heard Kevin Yost a record called If She Only Knew.
