The trial's primary endpoint is progression-free survival.

At the first look, this combination showed only a favorable trend.

With longer follow-up, it converted into a statistically significant survival win.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals won USFD a approval for Zyhera in first line HER 2 positive gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma and raised its peak sales forecast for the drug to between $3 billion and $5 billion up from more than $2 billion.
