Is federal limbo still a problem for the biggest operators or has it become part of the business model?

It has to be part of the business model because it's been this way for a very long time.

Since they launched, it's been in limbo, whatever that means.

You can decide where you are in this limbo game, but it's always been in limbo.

I think they would like federal reform for sure.

What that federal reform looks like and how it benefits or alters their business, I think everybody might have a separate answer for that.

And I think that is why there is a quasi-united front in D.C., but it's not as big as other industries, even if industries are relatively the same size.

I think it's important that people understand, right? Like when you position this like this, what are they getting? I guess, why is it important and what does it help fuel for the inside?
