And what are some important lessons you've learned along the way, good and bad?

Yeah, that's a great question.

You know, as far as, you know, in orthoplasty, I became involved in, obviously, ACUS, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

I was fortunate enough also to be a member of the Hip and Knee Society, so I was exposed to a lot of the leaders in the orthoplasty field.

I became involved in education for arthroplasty.

So I was one of the first.

When I went to the education chair, I was picked as the first leader for what they call the education council now.

As an academic chair and, you know, academician, how do you build a team, you know, at your institution and help to align those members of the team with what you're trying to accomplish? Yeah.
