Jay Jones

The incoming sheriff for Lee County is promising to end contracts with flock cameras in that county.

Cam Hunt recently won the Republican primary against incumbent sheriff Jay Jones.

Hunt is running unopposed by a Democrat candidate in the November election, so that means he will automatically take office at the start of 2027.

Hunt now says that when he does take office, he will terminate the Lee County Sheriff's Department's contract with Flock Safety.

This is just one guy.

So it's crazy that there's so much of this and it's so rampant throughout LinkedIn.

Yeah, this guy's a hero.

Jay Jones, you deserve all the press you could get for doing this.
