Round three Roland Garros had no business losing that match to Zak Svida.

Um, round one loss, Munar straight sets.

Now to bounce back here, beat Taylor Fritz, beat Struff back-to-back five set victories, and now ostensibly he's the favorite against the youngster Alex Blocs, although that's just on paper.

I think in practicality, given how calloused up he will be, given how well Blocs is playing, and we'll get to Blocs in a moment here.

upset on paper but not really i thought it was definitely going to be a very close matchup and marita got the job done as he won the last three sets i'd say pretty easily did get broken to start the fourth set and then broke twice to win but either way marita was a better player really no surprise there from rublev and i got to see the clown in full action in person i'm moving on uh to the matches that actually did end up seeing i mean medvedev beat I didn't go to that match at all.

I did not go to the Munar match at all either.

He was fortunate to even be in the second round because of the fact that Otmane fell apart and had a hand cramp up two sets and a break.

So Munar was fortunate to be in the second round, and he got dominated.

Albonzi, that was a first-round match, actually.

Dezanchulp beating Choinsy, that was a first-round match as well.

And we saw the US Open meeting a couple of years ago, which Medvedev did win in straight sets.

Now, Rinderknecht has been good.

Went out in five to Munar, but this was not short of drama in any way whatsoever.

He was

kind of like, I would say, losing his mind.

That could have happened.

So, I mean, eventually leading to him losing in five to Munar.

He lost it after all that.

And that's because he suddenly started cramping, and first of all it was his leg, and then it was various other parts of his body.
