would say it's probably located on less than two acres of land just to kind of give people a relative idea of the size of it.

It's operated by state employees, came in with little to no fanfare, other than the fact that it was the state of Montana making an investment in eastern Montana, which in our world, sometimes eastern Montana ends at about central Montana.

So when we get reached this far over, it's sometimes a blessing to be recognized in that direction.

You know, when it comes to land use and those types of conversations in rural America, especially in rural counties, In Montana, which is basically all 56 counties, if you compare our populations to other states, our individuals, our residents are fiercely independent.

And when we talk about property rights, those are held sacred in regards to property rights.

And if I can put it in perspective, this comes down to people working the land to make a livelihood out of it, respecting the land, being good stewards of that land, and to have a government entity come in and tell somebody how they can or cannot utilize that land.

So they do a lot to better our communities.
