What do you see that's happening in that league compared to, like, when you played in the American Hockey League? Do you see a big difference?

Yeah, I think so.

It's, the league is younger now as a whole.

The league is, there's less fighting and less kind of gamesmanship that way.

Um, I think that there's different approaches to that league, and different organizations approach it differently.

We, you know, really focus on the development of our players.

We surround them with good veteran players, but I want the young guys driving the bus.

How do you and Kyle Dubas implement your organizational standards on the group?

What went into that process with regards to the coach hiring?

Yeah, it was a long process.

I would say we weren't in a rush to do anything.

It was a big decision, obviously.

Mike's a great coach, is still a great coach, has had a ton of success in the past and now.

And knowing that we were making the change, that we had to get it right with who we were hiring next.

And I think that it's a credit to Kyle and how he approaches things and the process that he put in place.

Like, was there a breaking point for you or a threshold where you're just like, okay, what's this all about?
