How do you do it?

Yeah, look, a few different ways.

I mean, we speak to our members.

We've got nearly 240 members across the state and it's good to get feedback from them about what they would like us to deliver, what they're hearing from their customers and also the public.

You know, we get thousands of people attending our caravan shows each year and I think it's important to... to survey them, speak to them, pick up anecdotal feedback through our members, through other customers about what the retailers, what the consumers want.

And, you know, that's part of the reason what's stimulated us to launch this new event is because of that feedback.

People want more.

Now, as life has normalised, do you think events like this have a role in restoring normality and getting back into loving the lifestyle again?

What does Caravan in Queensland do and what's the role of the governing body for all dealers and manufacturers in Queensland and how does that sit relative to the national body?

Yeah, look, we focus on Queensland issues and Queensland regulation and servicing Queensland-based businesses.

I touched on it a little bit before, I guess, but we do a lot of – we advocate on behalf of the industry to government and stakeholders and We promote the industry.

We work on compliance and standards.

We work very close with our national body and the other states as well.

Hasn't always been that way, that collaborative approach, particularly with our interstate counterparts.

But I can say now, having been here for 13 years, that that we've never worked closer as an industry nationally, both with Stuart and his team and the other states as well.

Are you seeing, I guess, more numbers of vans out on the road now or changing people's holiday behaviours?
