Okay, what's a portfolio CEO for the listeners that may not know?

Great question.

I, I, I would identify or I would define a portfolio CEO as the operator that is managing project or projects within a portfolio.

And so if there are a group of companies that are held under, you know, one entity or, or under an SVP, then, uh, then the CEO has the primary responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations, making sure that scale is occurring, making sure that notes are being paid, and that everything is balanced.

Um, hitting those metrics in order to exit or in order to, you know, achieve the goal is the, the primary focus.

So I did that for 14 years, um, and then wanted to get in on the other side of the table a- and, and create my own portfolio.

And knew that I have a really strong operations side.
