How to stop working for you CMS and make it work for you

Dominic PonsfordHOST
Are they some of the things that you're seeing? What- I mean, what are you seeing in the market?
J

Yeah, I'm seeing all of those things and I think it, it comes down to how users interact with the web is changing due to the AIs and these agents and a- and all of these things, and where people are sourcing their information has moved, right? And so you used to go to a search engine, search for what you were trying to find.

You'd get a list of websites, you'd click through a few of them, might find what you want, and then you dive in and go from there.
J

Well, now you're not doing that at the search engine level or you're doing it, but you still probably have a search engine, but you're doing it with an AI layer on top of it and you're asking a question and the AI is having a conversation with you about, "Well, here's what I know about this and here's some places for it," and not necessarily presenting a link for you to go to, whereas that was, you know, what you got before.

As soon as it's a conversation, "Oh, here's your answer, here's what you need to know" thing.

And we can debate the quality of that over and over again, but that's how people are choosing to integrate, and I see it with non-tech folks, like my family, how they're interacting with the web.
