And it's so ironic, but I remember when, and to bring this back to what we were just saying, when we did Jason Crandell's training, like, he doesn't teach with music at all, and that was probably my first experience of, like, feeling really, um, I, I can't say embodied, but, like, feeling like I can drop deeper into the practice without the layers of distraction of the music.

And then I felt like sometimes when I would take your classes, um, I would just get distracted by, like, Charli XCX in this example.
