They could put up their own damn guard.

They don't need Congress for guardrails, but they're asking for guardrails from Congress, and that is very suspicious.

Well, like I told you earlier in the week, there's a really easy explanation for it, and former Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz, now a Fox News contributor, put it best.
