Jasmine Fleming

We had Mackenzie Eardley, Lucy Wales, and also Michaela Williamson hitting the scoreboard.

In terms of our disposal getters on the day, Anya McDonagh led the way with disposals, just like she did with goals, with 20, 19 to Jasmine Fleming, 17 to Eliza West, and 15 to Poppy Stockwell.

All right, Liam, talking point number one.

Get us started.

We know that Poppy Stockwell has had a bit of time up and around the ground through the midfield.

We know Eliza West is just an absolute combative beast when it comes to...

The contested ball and then you look at your Jasmine Flemings.

Flemo getting 19 touches, being the second most touches on the ground for Hawthorne and just being incredibly dangerous as well.

We had Lucy Wales and Jenna Richardson, who both got nine votes.

We had five to Jasmine Fleming, five to Laura Stone, and two... to poppy stockwell and i think liam if we were to to just go through a very very rough total so far i think we probably look at it and lucy wales is in front but there's still enough time for her to be chased down by the likes of you know the eliza west the on your mcdonald's and you know potentially there might be one or two others there liam like a Jack G. Pye who might be able to make a late charge and take out the Soaring to New Heights best and fairest.

Yeah, just taking a quick look at the running total, I've only got up to round six in the spreadsheet so far, but I've got the numbers for you to plug them in.

There's a bit of a margin there.

Good on you.

How about the great Jas Fleming? Um, good on you, Cameron.

Andrew, grouse or shouse?

Good morning, gentlemen.

She's just been dominant every week.

But Jas Fleming, like, she's just, she's a competitor.

Man oh man, like the first couple of games I watched her and I've always watched her and admired her and thought she played the game well but she just battles and she keeps battling and now that Batesy's gone down and we wish her all the best with her recovery, I saw she's had her surgery but They need those players to come in and be hard and be tough and go into the contest and not care what for their own safety, really.

And I think Jas Fleming's doing that.

So she's mine this week.

I think she goes to any club and she impacts immediately their overall efficiency, I think.

I think full...

Like, you know, Lucy Wales played a great game, Jas Fleming played a great game.

Yeah.

But, like, they got lucky.

But we made sure we did that.

The way we were able to use Jasmine Fleming's speed and gut running and just being able to let Westy go to work in the middle...

With no Emily Bates there, we just backed ourselves and went, well, that's her one word.

We're going to be able to do it.

What Melissa was saying, what Brayden was saying, no baits, no stone, but we were able to get it done.

And then I guess from Brayden, the no baits, yeah, there's no worries.

Because our young guns that we have in terms of Jasmine Fleming, Michaela Williamson, and then one of our experienced heads in terms of Eliza West, they're all huge.

But the ability to rotate everyone through the middle was also a real positive as well.
