gonna cluster the next four songs in these are all songs that i heard constantly over and over and over again in my house and three of these four are opening tracks of their record or the record that i had at home listening to it on so we have uh still crazy after all these years from paul simon We have Big Brother and Holding Company, which is Janis Joplin, Peace of My Heart.

We have You May Be Right by Billy Joel, and I went out of order because I wanted to get all the track ones in.

You May Be Right was, I think, track one for the greatest hits.

A touch of Janice Joplin.

A bit of Tina Turner.

But, you know, when you look back under time, they really, really took some brave decisions, you know?

The question always exists, and it goes back to Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin, and then it goes through to Kurt Cobain.

If they would have survived, would they have been playing the state fair? You know, you never know if they would have stayed as big because you can think of bands that were that huge.

And then 20 years later, you know, you're seeing them at some ridiculous venue that you never would have thought would have been possible.

So I'm finally doing it.

And I've, um, managed to, uh, I work with an amazing touring company here in Australia, and we're taking a Janis Joplin show called Tell Mama, all on national tour through theatres and all sorts of stuff with a full

band.

So I'm really excited to get into it.
