What are the consequences if you don't?
35:20
Well, for various reasons.
35:21
First of all, the knowing that your patient is not responding as desired because they may have chronic inflammatory CPPD arthropathy is really important to manage expectations, both for the patient and for the provider.
35:39
Because this is a condition that very early in the treatment stages, and we don't have disease-modifying agents.
35:46
Even the current biologics that are repurposed for the use of chronic inflammatory arthritis don't work as well as they do with the diseases that they're designed to treat.
35:58
And so it becomes very frustrating for the patients, for the doctors, that they keep on coming back with synovitis.

And so for prognosis, it's very important that you know that there's that additional component to their arthritis and you know that if you're cycling biologics, what to expect.

What other tools of the trade, uh, do you use?
