And then we need to look at the environment.

So are we finding that we're just bored and actually we're not that hungry it's just something to do and if that's the case we've got the five minute rule we could try i don't know if you craved a jammy dodger and i love jammy dodgers underrated biscuit if you craved a jammy dodger and you didn't actually want a jammy dodger you were a bit annoyed that you fancy a jammy dodger nothing wrong with a jammy dodger put that jammy dodger on your desk and just leave it there for five minutes set yourself a timer and if you still want the jammy dodger great have the jammy dodger nothing wrong with the jammy dodger But environmentally with this individual, the injury has taken activity out of the day.

And then what happens is it kind of leaves holes in it, right? So if we're doing activity, it improves our mood.

It gives us a stimulation, might give us something to look forward to.

It's a reverse habit stack.

But again, as I say, give yourself the five-minute rule, maybe the 10-minute rule, because most boredom will not survive five minutes, whereas hunger will.

So if you can say to yourself, right, I am feeling like I want to eat a pack of Jammy Dodgers.

I'm gonna stand back, give it five.

... you know, he talked with, like, eating Jammy Dodgers and just, like, making stuff for fun.
