that staff has kept up on over the years with the changes that were needed and some of the stuff that needs to probably come out of where they need a special permit, which is an interim or a conditional use permit.

Especially we'll be looking at things like that.

Top of the list is counseling services.

which I've been in this office for almost nine years, and we've permitted all over the city for Sanford Health, for many different entities, you name it, for all the different categories, for counseling service, which can be drug and alcohol-related, mental health, behavioral health, I mean, all this different stuff.

And conclusion from staff, at least, and I think probably from any of the elected officials is that since we've permitted these, all different kinds, multi-providers down to the single provider, that we haven't had any complaints.
