Jamie Kompon

Uh, Paul Maurice is off the bench.

Jamie Kompon is coaching tonight, and Barkov's, uh, Barkov's, uh, getting Healthy D'd and-

[laughs]

All right.

So it is September 18th, and we've got three birthdays to talk about.

I don't have any videos today because I wanted to get into talking about the team, but Ralph Backstrom, Peter Budai, and Jamie Kompon.

Now, Ralph Backstrom played for the Kings, as did Peter Budai.

Jamie Kompon was a coach.

And for those of you who remember, not a very popular coach, despite the fact that The team had tremendous success while he was an assistant coach and he's gone on to have success since leaving the team.

He had another in a line of assistant coaches that probably got blamed for stuff that wasn't their fault and didn't really hurt the team.

They don't understand that.

And then, and then the last one, I think it's really important, too, there, um, Paul's staff, Maurice's staff, you know, whether it's Sylvain Lefebvre or there's Jamie Kompon, they got, they're all plugged in.

Like, they're respected.

They're valued.
