Not everyone raising objections to the law is doing so on religious grounds.

Now, Jason's lawyer, John Lonergan, texted reporters that Jason, quote, was taken to the ER in the early a.m. hours and that his wife got notice of his passing a few minutes before Lonergan sent that message to reporters.

ISP has taken over the investigation of the death, and Jason's attorney had already raised concerns about Jason's health to the judge in one of the pretrial hearings.
