Jamie Campbell

Commentator.

He's sitting at the desk with Jamie Campbell? No.

Kevin Pillar.

Oh, your brother mentioned him.

Hey, standings matter.

Let Jamie Campbell bring out the broom.

It's probably collecting cobwebs under the Blue Jays central desk.

Just let him bring it out.

And again, 7:07 will be the first pitch tonight.

Jamie and Madison will, uh, be on Blue Jays Central as the Jays start, uh, this series against the Baltimore Orioles.

Six games left against the Orioles.

There's not many games left in the season.

You're focused on your game.

You know what I mean? But it's, it's there.

You know, you get Jamie Campbell in the fourth inning every, every night here giving us an update, too.

So, um, yeah, you do a little bit, but I think you're just, you're really focused on you.

I wanted some honesty, and I think you wanted some honesty, and Barks gave it.

And to Jamie Campbell's credit, Jamie can't, can't keep hiding the manure on this anymore.

So Jamie Campbell sets up Barker by basically saying, "If they miss the playoffs," is, people are saying to me, this is now completely on Vladi.

And Barker didn't completely disagree with him, although I think it is an interesting discussion, and Azzo and I will kinda chop it up.

But Jamie put it on a tee for Kevin Barker yesterday on Sportsnet after the game, yesterday afternoon.

Thank you, Jamie, for that.

And this isn't the longest clip from Barker we've ever run I'm pretty sure, but it is, whew, to the point.

Succinct and to the point.

The Guardians, the team the Jays are chasing, a game and a half up on the Jays.

And fresh off the set is Jamie Campbell from Sportsnet joining us this afternoon.

Jamie, thanks for your time.

No problem, Jamie.

Nice to chat with you.

Be well.

That, that is Jamie Campbell here on The Green Zone from Sportsnet as the Jays do lose two-nothing.

And, uh, you might have heard my commentary on that Vladi double or, um, double play live right here on The Green Zone as it happened that Jamie just broke down.

Uh, but when you look th- back to yesterday it was one of those games where both teams ended up making some defensive mistakes, then it came down to which team was going to be able to capitalize on that.

And, and Jamie Campbell and I had even talked about this post game.

In that first inning too both, uh, Kwan and DeLauter both started off with the, the single that went off of Bateman's glove and then the double down the left field line.

So already in the bottom of the first inning you've got two runners in scoring position, no outs.
