He's played by the guy from Better Call Saul, who is the embodiment of James Russo from the '80s.

I'm like, "Is that James Russo from Extremities?" No, it's that Michael Mando, I think his name is.

He's the guy on Better Call Saul.

He's in here, and he's catching these guys, and one by, you know, take them to this place where they lock up the, that's keeping an eye on the bad guys of, uh, New York or whatever.
