So the AI that we have is we have Jarvis, which stands for just a really very intelligent system.

And this is, yeah, Vision refers to him as Big Brother because he's Tony's, like basically his original advanced AI and named after his father's butler and played by James Darcy, who also played him in Agent Carter.

and Endgame.

Jarvis is the biggest component of MCU Vision's psyche and personality.

We get Edith.

James Darcy.

James Darcy.

We get Edith and we get Friday.

And of course, they're all trying to teach him different aspects of like who he was and who he's supposed to be.

I wouldn't hold the show up for anything else, but you got to see this.

It's hilarious.

Now, I will say also, IMDb may not be the most reliable because it also has James Darcy, Jarvis' character, with eight episodes as well.

So he's gone back there and he's trying to search through his own mind to try and reconnect with what made him feel more human.

In order to do that, he's got all these old Tony Stark AIs in his head, such as Jarvis, which is what Paul Bettany used to play, this time played by James Darcy.

Friday and Edith.

And he's also keeping Ultron, the major antagonist from Avengers 2, Age of Ultron, in his mind as well, almost as a sort of like...

Orla Brady as Friday.

James D'Arcy as Jarvis, who originally started out as ...

I mean, Vision was originally Jarvis.

Yeah.

And I suppose we're along for the ride for it.

So the Jarvis self-sacrifice, right? You're not going to bring in James Darcy of Agent Carter, of Avengers Endgame, and after the two-part premiere, ice him for good, right?

They better not, although my instant thought was, here we are back to the institutional dismissal of the old Marvel television, of the Jeff Loeb-led branch and so forth.

And look, they brought him back, so they get for a year to go, he's back, and look, they love us, they love Agent Carter, blah, blah, blah.

You've got obviously Jarvis, who is obviously the original Jarvis from the movies, but...

They use the actor that was in Agent Carter.

And then you've got Edith, obviously, who was pulled from the Spider-Man Far From Home movie.

So there's loads of different portions of...

He was so very scared a lot of the time.

And yes, he would have his moments where he kind of booked up his ideas because of his friends.

But I think that's what was so great about seeing the actor, James Darcy, come back and do this role.

like almost like probably a final time who knows but obviously do this role and um get to be the the one who saves vision in this moment and and and it kind of it it it shows this kind of through link of of these ai and and also through link of the mcu which is it's just like a full from like start to finish so far you know this show this show literally pulls stuff from the right at the beginning and i think i saw what i love about everything that we've seen these last two episodes it just it just encompasses what the mcu has been up to this point and i think that's so important going towards doomsday as well to remember everything that's come before so vision quest feels like a nice little one of the last capstones before we get to doomsday I'm very excited to see where the rest of the show goes.

Same actor from Agent Carter, and then he was, uh, he had a cameo in Endgame playing the actual Jarvis for Howard Stark.
