So what's that kind of support look like from the government, and what would you like to see more of from them? So yeah, there's obviously a huge

amount of work to do and for us to get to where we want to in terms of the support here and lives that people with PSP and CBD are living.

I think the Prime Minister has made a really positive step in recognising that social care is fundamentally broken.

I don't think that's unique to PSP.

I used to work in autism where it was also pretty broken there as well.

So I think this is a huge issue affecting a huge number of people.

And what we really need is a sustainable social care system system that's fully costed and fully thought through at the moment we don't have that that impacts such an enormous group of people and sort of as a society burying our heads in the sand and pretending that this issue doesn't exist is not a solution but it's also fundamentally unfair because any of us could end up with a condition like PSP or CBD and we all need to consider what sort of support we would like to have in place in that event and what sort of impact we would be willing to bear because right now the financial impact for people living with these conditions It's really severe and it's really unjust at the moment.

You mentioned there that you've led the organisation for approaching a year now, not quite, but how pleased have you been with some of the progress that's been made in that time? I mean, we've talked about, you know, of course there are a huge range of challenges, but have you been pleased with some of the achievements of the association and what's been done in that time?
