What is the most classic thing on the menu that they should order?

Our bagel locks and schmear is definitely our number one star.

Um, I do brag a lot about our coffee.

It's Italian inspired, but it's unlike anything you've ever had in your entire life.

I do preach that it is the best I've ever had in the world.

And I've had people who have done extensive traveling and have told me that it is one of the best coffees in the world.

Our smoked salmon obviously speaks for itself, but we offer... a wide range of what's called appetizing menu items.

How do you keep, how do you balance that with the very traditional Jewish deli vibes? Because it is a hard one to balance and it does feel as though you've done it looking in.
