They would say, "Have you got any grapes?" And I'd go, "Yeah, we have some." Then, uh, the manager would get them the grapes, and I'd sell them, and it was like...

And they were like, "They're only available for, like, a week every year-

And for, I think that's what you should do when you wake up in the morning.

They're going to ask you existential questions in the next six months, I would say.

So, um, so my daughter who's two and a bit Georgie, um, yeah, she, you know, she's starting to get into that realm of, you know, pushing back, asking questions, those sorts of things.

And, um, yeah, when I, like, I feel so much more equipped as a father and probably just in being able to manage myself, to be honest.

Um, and I know how important that is, um, to be present and to, you know, be able to show up as their dad and as my wife's husband in a really good frame of mind and, you I mean, you know, kids, toddlers, newborns, we'll, we'll test that, um, no doubt.

And we all have our moments, but, um, yeah, to be able to know what works for myself and to, you know, understand what I need as a father to then be able to show up for them is really important.

And Movember has given me that and continues to teach me different ways to, to make sure that I'm able to show up and, um, I think, you know, being able to then hold space for others in those same moments.

So, um, so that just really helped me to know that I was doing the right thing.

I don't know how, how big he is in America, but, um, he travels around the w- w- world.
