Jake Bobo

I don't know if any of you watch Hard Knocks, but Torrey Horton really didn't jump off the page to me.

Yeah, I know Jake Bobo's gone down, but I really don't see Torrey Horton reaching 900 receiving yards in a team that has invested in running back once again.

I personally think he will not be a factor, but I think Barner will surprise with five or more touchdowns this year.

I think I did say five or more.

Now, you would think that.

I had said Jake Bobo could finish as the

number one.

People hate JSN this year.

And to reiterate, that's because all of the man coverage, uh, targets that the Seahawks had from weeks 11 on, not all of them, but the vast majority of them, were not to JSN, because teams weren't giving JSN the one-on-one.

It was Bobo, Shahid, Barner, whoever.

They, defenses tried to, to make them beat them with somebody else, and, and it didn't go so well, at least not as well as it did in the first half of the season.

And here's another stat for you.

Wide receivers coach, again, if you have one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, I'm gonna call out the wide receivers coach, Frisman Jackson.

If you watched Hard Knocks, you get to, you got to see him talking about the dog and Jake Bobo.

Um, that was a pretty good introduction to Frisman Jackson.

Alright then, so let's jump into Hard Knocks Episode 4, first of all.

Sort of opens with Jake Bobo talking to the wide receivers coach, talking a little bit about his responsibility within the team.

Yeah.

So, yeah, I think it's a nice way to open it.

the chance to leave in free agency and we matched it and he decided to come back here.

So I'm hoping that, you know, next year he's good to go and that he can really support the team because he really does deserve it.

So, yeah, what did you think about sort of the start of the episode and diving a little bit into Jake Bobo as well?

yeah i mean sort of you know exactly what your point you know you're on about the glue and things and i think every team needs

So you have JSN, Kupp, Shaheed, and then you have Montorie Foster, because I don't even know if Tory Horton's gonna play.

Jake Bobo's projected for zero.

So you have these type of guys.

And Jake Bobo's on the IR, which is why he's projected for zero.

Right.

He tore, he tore something.

Plenty of looks for him in the red zone because, as I mentioned, The opposition is looking to bracket and take away Jackson Smith and Jigba.

Jake Bobo only had two red zone targets, but they both came in the Super Bowl against these New England Patriots.

And then finally, A.J. Barner led Seattle tight ends with 18 red zone targets.

Elijah Arroyo, the backup, had five.
