And for me, what you talked about, there's always the bailout of trapeziectomy.

I've seen some trapeziectomies go on haywire from saying elsewhere, let's say, right? And then you're looking at a patient and saying, I don't know, but I like the idea that if things go wrong, you have other options with implant arthroplasty.

And I live in farmer's country and they love it and they do very well with it and they're willing to wait the three months for it to heal to have a lifetime of a solid thumb.
