There is nothing like seeing a movie in person.

I just went to see that Jacob Elordi dog movie.

And by the way, speaking of it was dog shit.

It was one of the worst movies I've ever seen, like unwatchable.

Today we're going to be talking about the Dog Stars, the new star-studded Ridley Scott vehicle with the stars, Jacob Elordi, Margaret Qualley, Josh Brolin, Guy Pearce, etc.

Obviously those are the main ones.

I don't know, man.

Although this dog has like a lot of personality and is like kind of a big character in the first like third of the movie.

So if you're particularly like, or I would say like extremely sensitive to it, then steer clear or at least, I don't know, close your eyes during that part or plug your ears.

But as mentioned, the Dog Stars does star Jacob Elordi, Margaret Qualley, Josh Brolin, Guy Pearce, Allison Janney, Benedict Wong, among others.

Those are the main ones.

First up is The Dog Stars, directed by Ridley Scott.

This is a post-apocalyptic drama starring Jacob Elordi, Margaret Qualley, and Josh Brolin.

In it, it is the post-apocalypse.

Most of the population was wiped out by a virus, and the people that are left live in communes trying to defend what they have from crazed cultists who roam the landscape wreaking havoc.

Our main character is Jacob Elordi's Hig, who lives in a compound with his friend Josh Brolin.

And despite being the post-apocalypse, it doesn't seem to be so bad there.

They've got plenty of space, they've got plenty of supplies, they're well-armed, and they have a little Cessna airplane.

Yeah.

So, but yeah, I mean, it's between, what is it, him, the main picks are him, Jacob Elordi and Callum Turner.

Yeah.

But I

don't think they had to be British.

I thought that was like tradition that it was always a British person and Jacob Elordi's Australian.

So I felt like that was...

No, no, I mean, George Lazenby was Australian.

So there's like Hairtons and Hindleys and young Cathy, and they kind of reenact the events of the first half, but make better choices.

So it's about the cycle of abuse, but it's also just a very... kind of weirdly almost like intentionally difficult book because it it comes to this brilliant realization and all of that is kind of through heathcliff who is like haunting the narrative throughout so i think it's very ahead of its time and i think it really deserves a visit if your only knowledge of it is from the uh jacob elordi version very good but more than that i'd say read shark heart

God, wasn't Percival Everett fantastic? Oh, what a man.

Poor girl.

She pulled Jacob Elordi.

She was always cute.
