They lost again, uh, as they did, uh, on Friday as well.

Sam Burns, Wyndham Clark, that one, um, was, was certainly questionable because the golf ball, these two players sitting the world number one in Scottie Scheffler saying they, they wanted to give him some rest.

Second one, and obviously we're gonna be spending some time on this one.

This was a huge point in my opinion on Saturday afternoon.

Jacob Bridgeman and Russell Henley falling to the Canadian duo once again of Nick Taylor and Corey Conners, the Internationals winning one up.

Russell Henley and Jacob Bridgeman were 3 up with eight holes to play.

Cam Young doesn't really have scar tissue because he, he played well, I would say, at Bethpage, and Koeven doesn't have scar- scar tissue because he's playing his way into the tournament, I felt like.

Um, I also don't understand why they made Jacob Bridgeman into only a foursomes player when I, I wanna say he was in the top, you know, three or four, uh, in terms of birdies all year, and he won a tournament shooting, you know, 61 on Sunday five days ago.

Maybe let that guy play his own ball.

He's playing pretty damn well.

You know, I gotta, I gotta give them credit.

When you play solid, you play solid.

Henley and Bridgeman was a head-scratcher for me.

R- Russell Henley's an amazing player.

A pair of Canadian golfers helped the international team maintain its lead over the U.S. at the President's Cup being played in Chicago.

Listowel, Ontario's Corey Conners and BC's Nick Taylor overcame a three-point deficit in their foursome match to beat Americans Jacob Bridgeman and Russell Henley.

The international team now sits with ten and a half points, three up on the heavily favored Americans.

The final day of competition Sunday will feature singles matches.

And yeah, it's not in golf season right now, but there is the President's Cup that's going on, and the- the final singles matches announced here, Wes, uh, for tomorrow.

Cam Young, Rio Hasatsane, Wyndham Clark, Tom Kim, Justin Thomas, Corey Conners, Scottie Scheffler, Nico Echavarria, Sam Burns, Sungjae Im, Chris Gotterup, and Kristian Bezuidenhout, Collin Morikawa, and Hideki Matsuyama, Patrick Cantlay, Adam Scott, Jackson Koywon, and Si Woo Kim, Jacob Bridgeman, and Min Woo Lee, Russell Henley, and Nick Taylor, and last but not least, Xander Schauffele and Ryan Fox.

And you know, you- you said the one that really stands out to you is- is Scottie's match there.

Match number 22, him and Nico Echavarria.

Uh, as a preview, Scottie and Burns will go out again on Saturday, four balls.

Moving along to Russell Henley and Jacob Bridgeman, both, uh, players on the American side who sat out on Thursday, going up against Hideki Matsuyama and Sungjae Im.

Another international win, three and two here.

This one, Rex, was not particularly close.

S- Sung, uh, Sungjae Im made tons of putts that sort of staked them to that lead, and they have-

After Sungjae had that disappointing three putt on 17 that, that really gifted Burns and Scottie a point.

And I walked with that group, 'cause I was very curious to see how Jacob Bridgeman was going to play.

He, he poured in a birdie putt on the second hole.

And this is, looking at it on paper, this is an edge for the internationals.

In the second match, you have Russell Henley and Jacob Bridgeman, who lost their...

The only time these guys have played has been together in foursomes, and they lost, and now they're going up against Corey Conners and Nick Taylor, who beat Scottie Scheffler and Sam Burns in foursomes just the day before.

Again, another edge to the internationals.

I think Burns should've been with one of these guys.

I think Scheffler should've been with one of these guys.

But they're paired together, and now all of a sudden, Corey Connors and Nick Taylor, and Russell Henley and Jacob Bridgeman looks like a toss-up at the start.

Fortunately for the Americans, they get off to a great start.

But if you're a golf fan, c-can you remember the last time that Sam Burns made a clutch putt? I can't.

Was it the Match Play four years ago that doesn't even exist anymore? Sam Burns lipped out to lose the US Open, lipped out to lose the British Open, lipped out today to send the match, uh, to tie the match in the President's Cup Russell Henley and Jacob Bridgeman was just a terrible experiment.

They got beat three and two to, by, uh, by Sungjae and Hideki.

Ryan Fox turned into what he was like at the British Open when he was making every putt.

Again, I thought it was a good thing to bring the young guys, but so far the young guys, yesterday, got her up, didn't play his best, made a couple putts, but didn't play his best.

He loses that match.

Um, Jackson Koyven played terrible, but got put in Justin Thomas' backpack, and Jacob Bridgeman loses three and two with Russell Henley today, like I said, to Matsuyama and Sungjae Im.

Then Justin Thomas and Cam Young, you're thinking that's, should be a really good pairing.
