Uh, we've talked about it over and over, but basically from this point out, every team you're facing, except for Jacksonville [laughs]-

Respect

... first team eliminated.

Miami is one of those teams fighting for their playoff lives, like we talked before.

I mean, they're heading into the week, they are ninth in the league, ninth in the Eastern Conference, so that's one out from a playoff spot.

But they have a game against Jacksonville on Wednesday, so they could move above that playoff line before they head to St. Pete, um, this weekend.

Um, so yeah, they're gonna be motivated for sure.

Um, there's, like, that area where growth is happening and they wanna build that stadium for Sporting Jacks, which of course is a USL operation.

But Jacksonville Armada has been looking to figure out a stadium plan closer to downtown Jacksonville.

There was a deadline.

We saw the letter from the owners of Jacksonville Armada who basically said, "This is all on MLS Next Pro.

What the hell's going on? Tell us why, you know, help get our deal done so that we can get our hands on this stadium lot and build this building for- for the team." And now that apparently has passed, and now it's full price.

I don't know what full- full market price, I would imagine we're talking in the millions.

Um, when you say that kind of timeline out loud in the situation that it is, uh, the Armada are kind of stuck in the middle of, you know, a set of dominoes in between the league and the city for this land.

And this might be ghosting on a soccer expansion level, 'cause it, from the outside it looks like MLS Next Pro has left the Jacksonville Armada out there on a limb and are kind of stuck in a significant pickle.
