Jackbox Games

So that's me Have I mentioned I'm kind of a weirdo? Anyhow, that's been my, my gaming situation this week, and it's been really nice.

I did grab Jackbox Party Pack 11 and 12.

They were the only two I didn't have.

Um, I haven't seen any footage on how to play these games, and I- we haven't had a group of people over yet to play them, so I've not played them yet.

That's Sarah's favorite type of game to play is one where we're all working together trying to beat the game.

So I will get back to you if we happen to get some people over and we can try out Party Pack 11 and 12.

I tried to find somebody on Twitch playing either one, and wow, the, the Jackbox streamers have really, really gone away.

I don't know where they are.

I think it's better, personally.

Apples to Apples, if it was just all make-your-own-answer cards, which is where Jackbox picked up.

Jack box is, oh my God.

Just like, have you ever played Jack box party games? Like Jack box has bangers.

What's,

uh...

So, Jackbox, they have all these, like...

It's basically digital board games.

Okay.

My first pick is going to be Jackbox TV Fibbage.

Yeah.

I love that.

I had Jackbox TV with like all of the games, but yeah, Fibbage is a good one.

Fibbage I think is so fun because anybody can do it and you could be like serious.

You could be really funny and like I always have a good time when we're doing a game night or just, hey, let's do something before everybody leaves and we throw on Jackbox TV.

Yeah.

Also follow me on Twitch at twitch.tv forward slash Jill underscore Linux girl for future Destination Linux game streams with me, Ryan, Zeb, our producer, Alan, and our guests like Matthew and our wonderful Destination Linux community.

We are going to play some fun party games like Jackbox, golf with your friends, and in the future, Serious Sam, etc., etc.

Lots of cool party games out there.

Jackbox games, I think we're gonna start with because they're really fun trivia and drawing games that are great because all you need is a web browser to play on desktop or mobile so anyone can join in easily.

So even for those people who don't game, Jackbox is a great option.

And we will be streaming also, of course, on our video platform with the big red button as well.

And there are actually no dates.

Yooka-Laylee and it was I was tempted so My Arms Are Longer now now that we've got the trailer up on the screen in front of us and I can see why you would like it because it has a very similar art style to Thank Goodness You're Here and it looks silly it looks very silly so yes

I'm looking forward to playing that it looks yeah but go back to jackbox though i'm staying with jackbox because it's the same publisher they yeah we played jackbox party pack 12 um on friday which we tried all of the games out and yeah i don't know how much you're familiar with the jackbox kind of games done but they you you have various it's various party games and it's great because just one person needs it so usually a streamer or a person in a house with you know with real friends over they go and real friends i don't know i was no one has real friends yeah I've heard about this.

I've not seen it.

I just play on stream with my fake friends.

Of course, of course.

And so we just run, like, Jackbox and things on the-

Nice

...

... it's a great, great time.

I used to play, bro, I used to play that game all the time with my family.

Like, every time that my family comes over, they wanna play Jackbox all the time.

Dude, Jackbox is great.
