We had Jack Rowe that ran 207 in like a 13 or something for 5k i think 13 or 3. and we had as well joe wickfield that is the current british record holder for the 10k uh he ran 27 20 something uh if i'm not i'm not sure exactly the seconds but it's something like that like it's mad quick it's like for example everything there is way quicker than the Brazilian records for these distances.
