all right well i don't blame you at all i envy you actually so russell we're going to talk a little bit about this film and then we'll get in some q a on it so alone in the dark 1982 here's the storyline You have Jack Palance, Martin Landau, and an actor named Erland von Lith play a group of psychopaths who reside on the third floor of a mental institution, which is called the Haven.

And the Haven is run by a very odd man, Dr. Leo Bain, played by Donald Pleasance.

The 1979 exploitation action flick, Angel's Revenge, served as a clear cinematic mirror to the television craze.

The cast featured Peter Lawford and Jack Palance as drug syndicate kingpins, supported by veteran character actors Jim Backus and Alan Hale Jr., both of Gilligan's Island fame, plus Pat Buttram and Arthur Godfrey playing himself.

The seven heroines were portrayed by an eclectic ensemble, former Playboy playmate Susan Kiger as singer Michelle Wilson, Sylvia Anderson as stuntwoman Terry Grant, Liu Chen as martial arts expert Keiko Umaro, Jacqueline Cole as Educator April, Noella Velasco as fashion model Maria, and Robin Greer as law enforcement officer Elaine Brenner, with Greer's sister Liza rounding out the group as an intrepid high schooler.
