Jack Drury

There's another guy that puts effort day in and day out on the ice.

I think Jack Drury's doing a good job effort-wise.

Those two guys bring a lot of – well, let's go three guys.

Kerfoot, Colton, and Drury bring a lot of – Veteran experience, a lot of hustle.

Upside to them as they get after it.

Jack Drury has been, as I mentioned, he is our face-off guy.

He wins a lot of face-offs.

Colton is just a physical guy out of New Jersey.

But yeah, four power play goals against the Avalanche.

You know, Jack Drury, a former Av, who would know them better than most, said, you know, that's one of the best coach teams with some of the best players in the world over there.

And he's like, you know, we showed ourselves that if we play like this, We're capable of hanging with and beating anybody.

And so, you know, the big theme off of that was, yes, this is the standard.

I mean, you even kind of saw that almost goal.

for nashville with like you know when the clock ran down ran down the zero uh against nashville on saturday at the end of the second period there um you know the carlson i don't say he gave up on the play but i think he started the second intermission prematurely is maybe the best way to describe what he did there so that's always going to be part of eric carlson's game and so you know no matter how well he's playing but um he's been productive he's been uh you know you know really helped generate a lot of uh you know the bulk i don't say the bulk of their five but a significant portion of their five on five offense uh The power play has been lacking, and he's certainly a significant part of there.

So you'd certainly like to see him pick up his slack there in terms of helping the power play go.

But, yeah, I thought the guys did a fantastic job killing that penalty and getting it to the point of the game to the shootout.

The trio on the delayed penalty was Ryan O'Reilly, Jack Drury, and Roman Yossi for a minute 40.

Then the Islanders called their timeout to rest their guys who had been out there the whole time.

So for the three-on-four penalty kill, it was again Ryan O'Reilly, this time with two defensemen, Brady Shea and Nick Purbix.
