But you might see a kink in that graph or like de-deceleration to some extent if models just get way more token efficiency Like, like if the next version of Gemini or Three Point Eight Flash ahhh, is a Hundred X more token efficient you might see a little bit less growth in token volumes but they might be doing more valuable work than ever sort of an interesting nuance you got to adapt to the modern times I suppose.

That's good that's good.We should move on to the jobs report because even though AIs getting better so is the US employment picture.

The U S added a hundred and sixty two thousand jobs in August sheesh That is a lot of jobs.

Ah, so you can understand, you know, where the model's strong how you want to deploy it what you want your employees doing with it et cetera.

Jack Altman saw the benchmarks-

So they had this small fund and it felt like the new partners were very much ruled by their traditional way of doing business.

Now, fast forward, I don't know, six, nine months later, they raised $2 billion, they have a growth fund, they hired Jack Altman, who's very connected to OpenAI, as he's the brother of Sam Altman, and one of the things I mention in my story is that Benchmark could use a good connection to one of the big model companies, because they hadn't invested in them, and they'd get this other guy, Ev Randall, who'd been at Kleiner, who I really like and compliment on Twitter.

So anyway,

They're starting to turn it around.
