There's, there's no doubt in my mind that it's not gonna happen after this last month." And then the next day I woke up and I started feeling sick, um, which was the Monday, two weeks, two weeks out from the race.

And then the Tuesday I felt okay, so I went to the track and I did, uh, six by two minutes, and it didn't feel great.

And then I did like four by one minute and I just stopped, and I was like, "Oh, I don't feel very good." And then I went home, and then I just went downhill really fast, um, like really, really fast.

It was the most sick I've been in a very long time with some form of like a heavy flu virus thing.
